Michael Harrison Charles, the son of Melvin Mower and Sylvia Ann Cookus Charles, was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He was educated at Jacksonville Episcopal High School, the University of Florida, Florida State University and New York University.
Mr. Charles is a well-known interior designer having worked for several major architectural firms before founding Michael H. Charles Associates in 1985. His designs have been published in numerous magazines and books over the years and he was the recipient of the prestigious Wool Bureau Award for fabric design. Michael H. Charles Associates maintains offices in New York City and St. Augustine, Florida.

Mr. Charles is a member of the Pilgrims of the United States, New York, as well as The Honourable Company of Freemen of London. He is also a member of St. Thomas Church of Fifth Avenue where he serves as Head Usher, and on the Choir School Benefit Committee, as Acquisitions Chairman, and on the Stewardship Committee. He is a life member of the Society of Mary; Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament; Guild of All Souls; Society of King Charles the Martyr; and the Church Club of New York where he served as a member of Events Committee.
Mr. Charles is past Worshipful Master of the Masonic Independent Royal Arch Lodge #2 F&AM, of New York City. He has served as Junior Warden and Master of Ceremonies. John Mauk Hilliard, the son of Jane Mauk Hilliard and the late John Kent Hilliard, was born in Clovis, NM. He graduated magna cum laude from Eastern New Mexico University, where he received a B.A. in English Literature and History and an M.A. in American. He completed further graduate studies at New York University. Mr. Hilliard was a member of the faculty, and an administrator, at Lehman College of the City University of New York for over thirty years. Mr. Hilliard is presently the Director of Recruitment and Higher Education Officer at Lehman College.

Mr. Hilliard is involved in numerous fraternal and community organizations including various Masonic institutions, the Laymen's Club of St. John the Divine, the Church Club of New York, the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society, and the Trollope Society.
James Whitney Marvin, Jr., a native of Philadelphia, PA, is the son of James Whitney and Verna Fleming Marvin. Mr. Marvin is married to Mary Espy Evert Marvin. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin have five children from previous marriages: Sara Marvin Terranova; Sally Evert Weingartner; Elizabeth Evert Bart; Patricia Ann Evert; and Ralph Charles Evert, III
Mr. Marvin was graduated from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA, with a B.A. in Economics. He received further education at the American College of Life Underwriters, CLU. Mr. Marvin served in the U.S. Army from 1957-1961, as a Special Agent in the Counter Intelligence Corps. He is a retired Corporate Sales Executive, Brown & Bigelow (Advertising Specialties).

Karen Elizabeth McCandless McClendon, native of Dallas, Texas, is the daughter of the late H. R. McCandless, Jr. and Ruth King McCandless. She has three children - Lisa Lynn Lair, Leslie Ann Murray and John Kevin McClendon, Esq. as well as five grandchildren.
Mrs. McClendon completed her BA as well as her M Ed at West Texas A & M University and enjoyed a career in secondary education, teaching English, art, speech and drama.

Mrs. McClendon has compiled and edited numerous directories and newsletters as well as the OAAA Lineage Book II. She has written articles for and spoken to various societies on both genealogy-related topics and antiques.
In fact, she has recently gone back into the antiques business, opening a booth in a local mall. Other than genealogy and antiques, her interests include bridge, reading, theatre and travel.
A member of various county historical societies, Mrs. McClendon has also been affiliated with Dallas Heritage Village for over 25 years as a docent and fundraiser.
She is particularly proud to be a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
William Young Pryor, Esq., was born in Newark, NJ to William Walsh Pryor and Annie May Young. He was married to Marianna Love Brand and the father of Ann Love Pryor of West Milford, NJ and William Brand Pryor of Caldwell, NJ. He had two grandchildren Morgan and William.
Mr. Pryor was a 1931 graduate of Columbia University, New York City. He received his law degree from New York University Law School in 1934. He worked as an attorney in Newark and Montclair before retiring in 1972.
Mr. Pryor served as a sergeant in the Army during World War II and was also a Special Agent in the Counter Intelligence Corps in San Francisco, CA. After the war, he received the Royal Yugoslav War Medal for allied service that was presented to him by the late deposed King Peter II, whom he knew personally.
